At BrandLift Technologies, we strive to provide high-quality digital marketing, website development, branding, and related services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed.

1. Service Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of a service by contacting us via email or phone.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
  • Once a project has been initiated, assigned, or work has commenced, cancellation charges may apply.
  • Any completed work up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be considered if:

  • Payment was made by mistake or duplicated.
  • BrandLift Technologies is unable to start the agreed service.
  • A project is cancelled before any work has commenced.

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Completed website development work.
  • Digital marketing campaigns already launched.
  • SEO services already executed.
  • Graphic design, logo design, or creative work after concept delivery.
  • Domain registration, hosting, SSL certificates, software licenses, or third-party subscriptions.
  • Any service where substantial work has already been completed.

3. Project-Based Services

For website development, software development, and branding projects:

  • Advance payments are non-refundable once project execution has started.
  • If the project is terminated midway, the client will be charged for work completed until the termination date.
  • Final deliverables will be provided only after full payment clearance.

4. Digital Marketing Services

For Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and related services:

  • Service fees paid for completed work are non-refundable.
  • Advertising budgets paid directly to platforms such as Google or Meta are governed by their respective refund policies.
  • Monthly retainers already utilized are non-refundable.

5. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method used during the transaction.
